EAC ruling

Word on the street is that the Election Appeals Committee has overturned the Elections Committee’s ruling on the disqualification of Blake Federick, as well as reimbursement penalties of Ale Coates and Tristan Markle.

We’re waiting for a copy of the ruling, because it’ll be interesting to see where the Justice ruled “apparent” begins and ends, and how he interpreted “mutual advantage”.
