We are the Radical Beer Tribune, the fourth estate branch of the Radical Beer Faction, which works tirelessly to fight the War on Fun. UBC’s oldest slate, founded in 1987, the RBF brought the fun back to that bastion of stuffyness, the AMS. In that spirit, the RBT was founded for the first VFM contest in 2007, the new RBF was founded in 2008.

We will be blogging about the candidates and campus issues, particularily those related to the War on Fun. We will be issuing endorsements and conducting interviews, ideally taped, and posting those videos or transcripts online. For more on these, please check out our Endorsements or Interviews pages.

Just a heads up on what’s afoot for Wednesday. The AMS Presidential Candidates will be taking on Mike Duncan in the SUB Ballroom 12-1pm. There are a bunch of other match ups, and all candidates have been informed about the games. Be sure to come out to catch some reeeal ‘debates’. Feel free to post a link to your blog on the event page and to invite your friends.

Was looking through cabinets in AUS office, found a poster board and some placards from the days of the Radical Beer Faction. Just letting you guys know in case you want some of your stuff back.

More specifically, your stuff is in an unlocked cabinet in computer area.

    Good day.
